Welcome to Braddock, a working-class town whose industrial history threatens to cast a cloud over its future. Directed by Rosie Haber, who had this to say about her use of infrared imagery: “infrared light is light that is invisible to us as humans, but then you can make it visible through photographing it in a certain way. I thought that that was an interesting metaphor for pollution, in that it’s something that is visible, but also invisible, and that we can make apparent through this infrared photography.”
